78.2% DA Fitment Court Case status.
On 23.11.2023, the matter regarding 78.2% DA fitment was taken up by CAT CHANDIGARH CIRCUIT BENCH AT SHIMLA. The bench was annoyed that one of the respondents did not present himself before it. Their advocate moved an application to allow the absence this time. Moreover, it was stated that BSNL is filing a Review Petition before the Supreme Court and the matter may be adjourned to the next CCT. date during Jan 2024 at Shimla but it was not agreed and 20.12.2023 at 14:30hrs. has been fixed now at Chandigarh (instead of Shimla during Jan. next.) and respondents have also been asked to be present physically there.
