Except Ministry of Finance, DoE all nodal ministries have sent their views/comments. The DOPPW’s comment is Subject to approval by Department of Expenditure. DoE has asked for certain additional data which is being prepared by Establishment of DoT which who will provide required information. The process is nearing to its logical end and there appears no need for panic. This is Government with Minimum Government and Maximum Government and apparently follows cautious footsteps based upon its experiences on similar counts.
