FOR INFORMATION OF VRS OPTEES

While submitting you VRS Application/Option, please keep the following ready with you.           

  1. Three copies of your Photo with Spouse in 5.5X4 inch in mat finish, duly attested by your Unit Officer.
  2. You have to obtain ECS mandate from your Bankers for crediting Pension and all payments in to your account.
  3. Check your Service Book and ensure that your Time Bound Promotion Training Orders for Examination are available in it with promotion order.
  4. Keep Xerox copies of Your and Spouse Aadhaar Copy ready duly attested by your Unit Officer.
  5. Keep ready Xerox copy of your Medical Card.
  6. Keep ready one Cancelled Cheque with Xerox copy.
  7. Copy of First Page of your Bank Account duly attested by your Unit Officer.
  8. Revenue Stamps for affixing on Pre-Receipt of various payments.

The procedure may slightly differ from each SSA, so don’t get confused and follow the procedure.
