1. 38.2% of Ex-gratia will be paid in cases where PPO have been generated and there is no change in Last Pay Drawn. [Total 92%]
2. 31.2% of Ex-gratia will be paid in cases where there is variation in LPD filled by BSNL in SAMPANN and the PPO issued by DOT and in cases where the PPO has not been issued so far. [ Total 85%]
