VRS 2019 – PENDING PAYMENT OF HALF PAY LEAVE – CORPORATE OFFICE INSTRUCTIONS. Pending payment of encashment of EL/HPL in respect of retirees under BSNL VRS – 2019. F. No.-BSNLCO-EB-I/11(20)/5/2020-ESTAB, dt-16-10-2020. BSNL, vide its F.No. BSNLCO-EB-I/11(20)/5/2020-ESTAB dated 16.10.2020 has circulated a list of 481 pending cases for payment of leave encashment to the VRS retirees. Out of these, in 126 cases Vigilance Clearance is withheld. This instruction refers to its earlier Order of even No dated 06.05.2020 wherein guidelines were issued as to how the pending cases of leave encashment, whose Vigilance Clearance is withheld, are to be processed. The Circles have now been advised to process all these pending cases immediately as per rules/instruction and submit report/justification in each case of non-payment of leave encashment latest by 19.10.2020.
