Meeting with Shri Nizamul Haq,Member Services, Department of Telecommunications, New Delhi.
On 22.06.2022, Shri M.R. Vashist, D.D. Mistry, R.C. Sharma and Smt. D.C. Kshatriya met Shri Nizamul Haq, Member Services, Department of Telecommunications, New Delhi and discussed the following issues.
- Request to expedite Pension Revision for Pensioners: Since the proposal is being prepared with four options delinking Pension Revision of BSNL Pensioners from that of working employees, it will be examined by Finance Wing and he assured that he sympathies with Pensioners Expectations and he will clear it at the earliest.
- Request to fix-up mythology for considering FP cases of widow/unmarried daughters : It was brought to his notice that in many Family Pension Cases seeking Family Pension by unmarried/divorcee daughter, since the BSNL Offices has no sufficient staff equipped with dealing of such cases; many cases are facing rejection. Further more, when an appeal is made by concern applicant to the CCA, he once again asked the same authority to re-examine and naturally no one will like to go against his earlier decision and therefore all cases are rejected. He requested to have some system/methodology so that the Pensioner get justice. He was requested to have change of authority in such cases, He assured to have positive look on our demand.
- Proposal for Holding of PENSION ADALAT For BSNL Pensioners By DoT. 2) BSNL Corporate Office : G.S. BDPA gave a detailed letter justifying the demand and discuss the issue with his threadbare. During the discussion, Shri Nizamul Haq, Member Services was sympathetic and he gave patient hearing and assured to needful in all issues.Click:
