OPEN LETTER TO GS OF ALL BSNL/MTNL PENSIONERS ASSOCIATIONS DATED 08.09.2022 – WHAT GS BDPA (INDIA) HAS TO SAY…..
In democracy, it is prerogative of all the BSNL Pensioners Associations to work for welfare of their members in particular and for all Pensioners in general. So, we have never made any remark on the demands of various BSNL Pensioners Associations for Pension Revision of BSNL Pensioners and we continue to process the case in a way considered it best and legal. and never comment upon different approach of some Associations with sole aim of respecting ideology of each Association.
That being the reason, we had kept deliberate silence in the larger interest of BSNL Pensioners fraternity, even when we came across OPEN LETTER and simply ignore it; knowing fully well that they have already made up their stand clear by sending emails to MoC and Secretary DoT. In order to avoid any dispute and to bear blame of creating unanimity, we close our eyes on their action of placing the letter on their web and also belatedly under pressure of some activists preferred to inform us through WhatsApp’s!!!
After completion of their meeting we followed same path but when our name was mentioned in their proceedings, just to avoid any misgivings amongst our members, we issue clarification to clear dust.
