Latest information – GS BDPA (INDIA), GS SNPWA and GS MERWA – Meeting with DDG (Establishment) and Member Services, DoT, New Delhi on 03.01.2023.
On 03.01.2023, D.D. Mistry GS BDPA (INDIA), M.R. Vashist/A.N. Patel Executive President BDPA (INDIA), Shri Jogi, GS SNPWA and R.K. Mudgal, GS MERWA had meeting with the DDG (Establishment) in her office at 16.45 hours.
DDG( E) informed that Internal Finance of DOT has received the feedback that it had sought from CGCA regarding financial implications on different fitments for deciding the percentage of fitment for Pension Revision. She further informed us that Internal Finance of DOT is doing its Internal exercise on the data it has received from CGCA; and with concurrence of M (F), Internal Finance is expected to send the file to the Establishment section very shortly for further action.
Thereafter, Establishment Section, after Internal discussions with Internal Finance, will further submit the file to Secretary (T) who, in consultation with Hon MOC, will finalize the quantum of fitment. Thereafter the proposal will be sent to D.O.E by the Establishment Section.
Meeting with Dr. Mahesh Shukla, Member Services
and DDG( E), DoT New Delhi
After meeting DDG (E), we all the three Associations met Dr. Mahesh Shukla, Member Services in the presence of DDG (E). Dr. Mahesh Shukla, Member Services reiterated the same thing, besides assuring that he will immediately discuss the issue with M(F) on a one to one basis. In fact, he tried in our presence to reach Member (Finance) but unfortunately Member (Finance) was not available. On his part Member (Finance) assured that he will try his best to plead for maximum possible fitment.
D.D. Mistry, GS BDPA (INDIA) acquainted Dr. Mahesh Shukla, Member Services and DDG( E), DoT on the proceedings of 4th AIC held in Kanyakumari on 12th and 13th December, 2022 and said that the BSNL Pensioners are anxious to have their Pension Revision as per 3rd PRC report with 15% fitment.
We also presented him a copy of 6th Edition of BSNL Members Directory containing full information on our activities and other important events.
During our meetings, authorities were sympathetic to heard our views.

Adasul, General Secretary, SNEA and presented him a copy of 6th Edition of BSNL Members Directory containing full information on our activities and other important events. GS SNEA also reciprocated by presenting SNEA Diary and New Year Calander.
