Meeting with the CGM J & K Circle
On 14.03.2023, S.N. Kallo, District President & R.N. Matoo, District Secretary, Jammu met the CGM J & K Circle and discussed irritating issues. DGM (Finance) was also present during the discussion. The CGM said that TDM Udhampur was not forwarding names of 10 Pensioners to Circle Office whose medical cases were pending. A case of Krishen Lal, Poonch was discussed. The CGM advised them to meet PGM, Jammu.
They met GM Admin/HR Jammu regarding Jammu Cases. The GM Admin spoke to CAO, who said he will look into the cases shortly.
Then they met PGM Jammu Sh. A.K. Angural and discussed regarding Udhampur cases. He called his Accounts person and also took TDM Udhampur on the line who in turn got his AO. TDM Udhampur conveyed to PGM that out of these ten cases nine had been forwarded to his office and now only one case that of Sh. C.S Rana retired DE was pending due to some problem which may also be solved within a couple of days and his case will also be forwarded.
Meeting with CCA
S.N. Kallo, District President & R.N. Matoo, District Secretary, Jammu met A.O Sh. Sandeep Sharma and discussed the case of Smt.Tavinder Kaur who was lying on Bed and unable to get up and come to CCA office for submitting life certificate. He gave one proforma of certificate and asked to get the proforma filled and signed and send it to him through the son of Smt.Tavinder Kaur.
A case of non- payment of arrears of Sh.K.R.Gupta was discussed. He told that there are such identical 17 cases for which drawn amount was not available and they had written to Bank and sent two reminders but so far reply not received. If he submits a proof of drawn Amount, he replied then they will be able to draw the arrears.
Then they met Sh. Shankar Singh regarding the issuance of duplicate copy of PPO of Smt. Krishna Tickoo; as she had lost it in the train while travelling. Smt. Krishna Tickoo was also present .A.O Sh. Shankar Singh took one application from her and asked to submit one undertaking form after which they will issue copy of the said document. It was brought to notice of Sh. Shankar Singh those minutes of the last pension Adalat had not been issued so far. To which he replied that he will look into it.
