Status on Pension Revision in Hon. PB CAT New Delhi.
Today the OA came up for hearing very briefly in Bench no 3..
The Bench observed that arguments from both the Respondents and Applicants are over and that there would be no further arguments from both Applicants and Respondents. However, Bench stated further now they have ( Bench) some queries to make from Respondents and the Applicants to clear some of their doubts and posted the matter on 24th Aug, 23 as a first part heard case.
The Bench did not specify the queries that they want from Applicants and Respondents.
DOT Counsel was not present..
