GS discussed with Director( E) / DOT as to what the future course of action of DOT is likely to be as to the applicability of the Judgment of PB CAT ND regarding Pension Revision.
Director( E) mentioned that final decision would be taken after receiving legal advice from its Counsels who contested the case in PB CAT ND.
After obtaining their opinion the decision about future Course of action would be taken by the competent authority, largely based on the advice and opinion that Counsels would submit regarding the Judgment of PB CAT ND. The opinion of the Counsels of DOT would be received in a couple of days, Director ( E) mentioned.
This Association is maintaing a very close eye on the issue and our Counsel is in the final stage of filing a Caveat in the Delhi High Court.
