National Pension Adalat held on 23.10.2023 by CCA Gujarat – physical as well as virtual – GS BDPA (INDIA) participated virtually. This time for reason whatsoever we were not informed of the noticiation issued by the CCA Gujarat and as such we regret to say that we could not inform our members to lodge their grievances. Let us hope that next time, such lapse will not reoccur.

Ironically there is no system of issuing minutes to the concerned pensioners as to the Pensioners Association as well; neither brief of the cases discussed is provided.

Long pending cases of earlier Pension Adalat should be given latest status repoort in each Pension Adalat tilll such time it is settled. Obviously, it is not done as it effects on showing the efficiency of authorities.

Bihar, J & K, NTR, Gujarat, AP, Chennai Telephones, Tamilnadu, Kerala & Karnataka. We have more than 10000 members throughout the country.
