Status of Pension Revision in Delhi High Court on 12th Aug,24
Today, arguments were largely advanced by the Applicant i.e DOT and very briefly our Counsel countered some of the arguments of DOT
All said and done, the arguments today remained inconclusive and the matter has been posted to 23rd Aug, 24. The Bench did not pass any order staying the Contempt Proceedings of PBCAT ND.
Submissions from our side are in all probability expected to be made on 23rd Aug, 24
