The captioned matters were listed today as Item No. 51 & 52 (along with the connected matter at item no. 51) before Hon’ble Justice Suresh Kumar Kait and Hon’ble Justice Girish Kathpalia at the Delhi High Court. Please note that the captioned writ petitions were not taken up for hearing today due to paucity of time since the bench rose at 12 PM today. Upon Ms. Gauri Puri mentioning the matters and requesting for a short date, the matters have been fixed for 08.10.2024.

Bihar, J & K, NTR, Gujarat, AP, Chennai Telephones, Tamilnadu, Kerala & Karnataka. We have more than 10000 members throughout the country.
