Govt. Clarification on Change of Spouse Name in Pension Records. The Department of Pension and Pensioners’ Welfare has recently issued clarifications regarding the change of a spouse’s name in the Pension Payment Order (PPO) for retired government employees. This advice aims to streamline processes and provide clarity for pension beneficiaries seeking to make changes post-retirement.
