Pr. CAT PRINCIPAL BENCH NEW DELHI BRANCH DISMISSED ALL CONTEMPT PETITION.
PENSION REVISION CONTEMPT PETITION:
Pension Revision Contempt Petition was disposed off by Pr. CAT Delhi ON 10.01.2025/
The contempt petitions were listed today for hearing in the Central Administrative Tribunal in Court No. 4.
Since the High Court has been seized of the matter for quite some time now and notice in the Writ Petitions has been issued by the High Court, the CAT, PB was not inclined to keep the contempt petitions pending and has disposed them of with the liberty to revive them once the Writ Petitions are decided.
Please note even though previous orders of CAT were pointed out, the bench was not inclined to keep it pending since many dates were adjourned in view of the pendency of the Writ Petitions.
