” Status of Pension Revision Case in Delhi High Court ”
On 15.01.2025, due to paucity of time, the matter of the Pension Revision Case could not be heard. Legal counsel apprised the Court that the matter was ripe for final hearing and referred to the order of dated 08.10.2024 wherein the court had directed the matter to be listed in the supplementary list. She also pointed out that the contempt petition was disposed off in view of the pendency of the Writ Petition and urged the court to hear the matter on a short date, as the same pertained to BSNL Retired Pensioners.
The court has accordingly directed the matter to be listed on 30.01.2025 in the supplementary list.
