The 3rd PRC recommends pay scales which will be applicable for Executives. For Non-Executives, the Recognized Union in BSNL will negotiate with the Management and sign Agreement with the Management. However, while negotiating, quantum of fitness, rate of increment etc will have bearing. As per Management stand, the Wage Revision talks will start only when clearance if given by the DoT.
