The BSNL Corporate Office Vide No: BSNL/Admn.I/15-18/16(ii) Dated 10.08.2016 to all CGMs on “ Issues relating to medical facility extended to retired employees.” requests to ensure that “ All the claims of retired employees are settled within one month from the dale of receipt of claim. And further says “ “Status of claims of retired employees may be informed to them whenever it is sought. List of empanelled hospitals should also be made available to retired employees either on intranet portal or at the claim processing units.”
