DOPPW issues Office Memorandum No: 38/33/12-P&PW(A) dated 9th July 2019 on ” Revision of pension w.e.f. 01.01.2006 of Pre-2006 pensioners who retired from the 5th CPC scale of Rs.6500-10500/- or equivalent pay scale in the earlier Pay Commission periods.”

In the initial state DOPPW was not agreeable for this and hence some Pensioners went to CAT and now this order.

This order is not applicable  to those BSNL staff retired after 1-10-2000 since there is no Grade Pay system in BSNL.
