G.S.  BDPA (INDIA) writes to Shri Anshu Prakash, Secretary, I.T, DoT, New Delhi on 13.08.2019 and submits the brief to discuss the following issues.

  1. Revision of Pension from 01.01.2017 to BSNL retirees.
  2. Grant of pension arrears in cash for the period from 01.01.2007 to 09.06.2013 to pre-2007 pensioners and post 2007 retirees.
  3. Grant of pensionary benefits to the one increment given to BCR Gr III employees in lieu of 10% BCR Gr IV Promotion..
  4. Authorization of pension and Gratuity on the   average emoluments if it is beneficial.
  5. Arbitrary reduction of last pay drawn of the Telecom Mechanics placed in Lineman scale before absorption as TM in the sanctioned vacancies.
