A meeting of all unions and associations was held at New Delhi on 15.03.2017. Representatives of BSNLEU, SNEA, AIBSNLEA, FNTO, SNATTA, AIBSNLOA, BTU, BEA, attended the meeting. After detailed discussion, the meeting took the following decisions.
The meeting decided to submit a memorandum to the government demanding settlement of :-
(a) Wage revision to BSNL employees by exempting BSNL from the affordability clause of 3rdPRC’s recommendations.
(b) Periodicity of wage revision should be 5 years.
(c) Pension revision for BSNL’s pensioners.
(d) 30% superannuation benefit to the Directly Recruited employees.
