Delhi High The Court rejected the contention of the Respondents (UOI) that the judgment in P. Ayyamperuam had to be treated as one that was in personam and not in rem.DOPT & DOPPW are left with no alternative except to accept BPS demand to implement this judgement to all similarly placed.
