Today, pension of absorbed employees is in danger due to MoF stand on 60:40 ratio imposed vide DoT letter No. 1-45/2003-04 dated 15-06-2006. These pernicious orders have to be withdrawn to protect future, the pension. Due to these restrictive orders the pension of employees retired prior to 09-06-2013 is not being revised on the plea that pension expenditures have exceeded 60% limit of Taxi receipt from BSNL/MTNL. The wage revision w.e.f. 01-01-2017 has to be ensured. The pension situation will further worsen after wage revision due to DoT orders dated 15th June, 2006. Therefore, orders dated 15-06-2006 have to be withdrawn by all means and Government should pay the pension
