COURT ORDER : 
We appreciate initiative taken by Haryana Circle.
We have seen that whomsoever cites the judgment and approach judiciary, gets interim order subject to final out come of Punjab High Court.
The basic rule to to restore computation after fifteen years, which is also challenged by some Pensioners. If this is done, all cases will be successful.
Since it involves lac of Central Govt. Pensioners, it will not be easy cake. It will be our request to the Govt. of India, to consider the various judgements of judiciaries and act in the larger interest of senior citizens.
We will never refrain any of our District or Circle to approach the judiciary at their own and get the similar order, with the clear concept in their mind that it will be interim order subject to final out come of Punjab High Court and it will be not be surprising to note that in event of loosing the case, the Govt. of India may approach Apex Court,
We are addressing the Hon’ble Narendrabhai Modi to intervene and have some final solution.
