BDPA (INDIA) Fourth District Conference Mehsana Telecom District Held on 20.10.2019
4th District Conference of Mehsana Telecom District was held on 20.10.2019 at Mehsana Arbuda Bhavan at 10.30 hours. Shri G.R. Meghwal, PGM Mehsana was Chief Guest. Shri M.L. Chaudhary gave presidential speech and accorded welcome to all invitees. Tributes were paid to all members who departed during last two years and it was followed with garlands to all Dignitaries on Dias. Shri V.S. Thakor gave brief history of activities of District .
Shri A.N. Patel, Executive President gave brief history of the Association enumerating multifarious Pension Friendly activities of the Association and call for strengthening the Association.
Shri D.D. Mistry, GS explained elaborately the circumstances delaying process of implementation of 3rd P.R.C. and Pension Revision, Pending cases of Anomalies and its latest position. He said that who are discussing the important should have workers/pensioners friendly approach leaving their hidden political agenda in order to serve the workers fraternity and should not become victim following party dictates blindly. Now each one has recognized prime need of strengthening unity amongst the Unions/Associations and have to work shoulder to shoulder to achieve the target learning from recent activities.
Shri G.R.Meghwal, PGM assured cooperation to Pensioners issues and spoke on Pensioner Friendly approach adopted by the Administration and said that due to paucity of funds Medical Reimbursement of Pensioners are delayed.
Shri N.S. Patel conveyed vote of thanks. Eight New Members were enrolled during the Meeting and more than 150 members participated. It was followed with Lunch.
