According to very very reliable sources, DOT is likely to send a proposal to D.O.E elaborately mentioning the implications on all the three fitments i.e 5%, 10% and 15% and after getting opinion of D.O E, DOT will proceed ahead. To send this proposal to D.O.E, concurrence of MOC is yet not taken because of his extreme preoccupation. D.O. T is not sending any specific fitment to D.O.E as of now except what is mentioned above and after getting opinion of D.O.E, D.O T will finalize the fitment and proceed ahead. Jogi SNPWA.
