On dated 21st. March, 2024, DOT filed an appeal in the Honourable Delhi High Court challenging the decision of PB CAT ND on the issue of PENSION REVISION.
D.O.T , D.O.P & PW and D.O.E through their respective Secretaries have preferred Writ Petition in Delhi High Court
Writ petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of Writs/Orders/ Directions in nature of Certiorari to Quash/Set Aside the Impugned Order/ Judgment dated 20.09.23 passed by CAT, PB, ND.
