C.G.H.S. IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION ON ELIGIBILITY OF ONE TIME PAYMENT FOR CGHS FACILITY TO FAMILY PENSIONERS AND OTHERS.
It is hereby clarified that Family Pensioners/Spouse/dependents of the eligible BSNL Employees who died while in service or after retirement are entitled to avail CGHS facility as well as reimbursement of the one time payment of the CGHS subscription fee paid for availing the same, provided the condition prescribed in Circular of even No. dated 02.042014, 29.07.2016 & 26.03.2021 are fulfilled.
