A case of Pooja N. Bhatt, Divorcee Daughter of later Shri N.K. Bhatt, Retired D.E. A.T.D. Ahmedabad which was rejected stating that the applicant is not living in indigent conditions was discussed. The CCA made it clear that in FP cases, case is to be decided on criteria lay down by the DOPPW. He asked CGM representative to follow income yardstick as defined in revised Pension Rules 2021 and decide the case at the earliest.
He said that on 10th July, 2022, a programme is arranged for the Pensioners at 09.00 hours in Tagore Hall, Paldi, Ahmedabad. Hon’ble Shri Devusinh, MOS has kindly consented to be address the Pensioners. +80 Pensioners who have now migrated to Sampann from Bank of Baroda will be felicitated. New ID card will be distributed and also given by dignitary to few selected pensioners. All concerned will be intimated through messages.
Those who cauda not participate on camp organized on 24th and 25th, will be given chance to register themselves there.
