CONTEMPT CASE – HEARD – ADJOURNED TO 13.08.2024.

The Contempt Petition in the Pension Revision matter came on hearing to-day. After detailed discussion from both the sides, the matter has been adjourned to 13 /08 /2024 with a direction that if DOT is Unable to get a stay in the Hon’ble Delhi High Court On 12/07 /2024 And if the Judgment of dated 20 /09 /2023 Is still not complied with Then the Secretary (T), DOT or any other person Not below the level of Director Has to be Personally present in the PB CAT ND on 13 /08 /2024.

We have incorporated orders on 1st & 2nd Wage Revision in BSNL. We have membership in more than 16 Circles and have formed Circle Branch in Kolkata, W.B. Bihar, J & K, NTR, Gujarat, AP, Chennai Telephones, Tamilnadu, Kerala & Karnataka. We have more than 10000 members throughout the country.
