Director (HR) BSNL writes to CGMs showing her displeasure For Not-Responding to GM (HR) letter on “Limited Customer Service for Pensioners Counters proposed through “Comprehensive Pension Management System (CPMS) Portal.”
In our Editorial we had rightly pointed out that in the present scenario it will not be prudent to expect the CGMs to follow instructions for introduction of new system known as ““Comprehensive Pension Management System (CPMS) Portal.”
This is become true, as the Corporate Letter dated 12.10.2018 to nominate TWO Officers by all the GGMs before 16.10.2018 was not responded.
As a result, the Director (HR), BSNL vide her D.O. Letter No: 48-03/2018-Pen(B) Dated 18.10.2018 writes to all CGMS showing her displeasure writing “ I would like you to convey my displeasure to GM (HR) of your Circle/Office for causing undue delay in sending the information as per Proforma on time. I also require an explanation from the concerned officers in this regard as well as the required information to be sent to this office on time..”
This is mere beginning.
