Disciplinary proceedings in respect of CPSEs employees after superannuation- DoPE OM.
With the approval of the Competent Authority it has been decided to update DPE Model CDA Rule 25 (20) (a) as follows:
25(20)(a) Thc Inquiring Authority should conclude the inquiry and submit report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of order of his/her appointment as Inquiring Authority. In vigilance cases wherein Charged Officers are retiring soon, disciplinary proceedings should be completed on priority, prefcrably before retiremcnt or maximum within 6 months of retirement.
