DOT FILED APPLICATION IN DELHI HIGH COURT ON PENSION REVISION CASE – VIEW IT.

The above Application is filed by the DOT in Delhi High Court praying for a staying of Contempt Petition proceedings, initiated by the PB CAT ND for non-implementation of Judgment of PB CAT ND on the issue of Pension Revision.
DOT has further requested to hear their Application on 31st. May 2024 ie last working day of Delhi High Court before vacations. However, it is important to mention that the respondent Associations have already filed Caveat in Delhi High Court and Delhi High Court will have to hear the Application of DOT for staying Judgment of PB CAT ND on merits of the case. An ex-parte stay is unlikely given impending Caveats in Delhi High Court on the said matter. We are in close touch with the case proceedings.
