Shri H.R. Gupta had filed petition on PG Portal under DOTEL/P/2015/00290 ON 19.01.2016. The BSNL HQ vide No:BSNL/Admn.I/30-5/15(iv) Dated 23.04.2016 replies that “ enhancing free calls on landline and provision of GSM Connection to retired employees. Your suggestion is a policy decision, has all India applicability and involves financial implication with lasting impact or years. Therefore, th issue has to be examined in detail in consultation with financial wing for its financial repercussions. Your request has been processed and is under consideration. Decision arrived at will be notified in due time.”
To replay that case needs examination, BSNL took three months time, as it replied on 23.04.2016. This is an example how Pensioners Portal is being attended to.
