ON PENSION REDUCTION MOVE… In continuation of yesterday’s news further clarification received from Shri Rajesh Kumar, Under Secretary to the Govt. of India, Department of Pension & Pensioners’ Welfare clarifies that “there is no proposal whatsoever to discontinue the present provisions of pension for pensioners above the age of 70-75 years or to replace the pension by a lump sum amount in the form of “Sustenance Allowance” or to dispense with dearness relief on pension. Therefore, the news item is unfounded and without any basis. (email dated 18.09.2021)

We have incorporated orders on 1st & 2nd Wage Revision in BSNL. We have membership in more than 16 Circles and have formed Circle Branch in Kolkata, W.B. Bihar, J & K, NTR, Gujarat, AP, Chennai Telephones, Tamilnadu, Kerala & Karnataka. We have more than 10000 members throughout the country.
