On 13.102022, D.D. Mistry GS, M.S. Dave Offcg .CS and R.C. Sharma Treasurer BDPA (INDIA) visited office of the CCA Gujarat and accord Well Come Smt. Jayanti Samaddar who joined in this week.
Issue of accepting new forms for Identity Card for BSNL Pensioners by CCA Office was discussed threadbare and all the irritating issues were brought to her notice. It was decided that the office will accept new applications by Post, In Person and also through Courier. The Pensioners should ensure that the photo is fixed and not pinned and clear and for address proof copy of Aadhar card and all documents self-attested should be enclosed. For prepared card messages will be sent to all concern on their registered mobile.
Case of Shri M.G. Patel, which is pending since last more than ten years was brought to her notice. She assured to look into.
It was requested to permit the Pensioners of Gujarat Circle to represent their cases in all Pension Adalat taking place quarterly and no names of particulars should be mentioned. For convenience the present procedure of holding at different can be continued. She was requested to ensure presence of responsible officer from CGM Gujarat in all meetings. It was also requested to contain brief of all pending cases in minutes instead of particular cases discussed in the meeting.
