Gujarat Telecom Circle – Pension Adalat held on 29.12.2023 by CCA Gujarat.
CCA Gujarat Circle held last pension adalat of the year on 29.12.2023 in Conference Hall, physically and virtually as well. D.D. Mistry, GS BDPA (I) participated on line and R.R. Patadia was physically present in the Adalat.
All the cases submitted by GS BDPA (INDIA) were taken up and said that all these cases are receiving utmost attention and will be resolved shortly. Case of V.S. Thakor, Mehsana and B.C. Trivedi for less fixation of Pension were discussed. In case if V.S. Thakor, GM Mehsana was instructed to examine and send report whereas in case of B.C. Trivedi, Service book will be called for and the case will be finalised and he will be called if necessary.
In the Afternoon, D.D. Mistry GS BDPA (I) and R.C. Sharma Teasurer visited office of the CCA Gujarat and met Mrs. Jayati Samaddar, Controller of Communication Accounts and Shri Gunjan Mishra Jt. C.C.A. and also requested to fianlise the cases at the earliest. It was also pointed out that in case of Mrs. Gauriben Manubhai Garasia, Surat., She has been paid arrear of pension on 26.12.2023 but her pension is not commenced from January, It was assured that on receipt of certifdicate from the Bank that it is not credited, lhe same will paid.
Mrs. Jayati Samaddar, Controller of Communication Accounts was extended invitation to address 6th District Conference of BDPA (I). She said that being busy in multi-task she will not be able to come and conveyed best wishes for success of the conference and assured to depute one officer from her office.
D.D. Mistry GS BDPA (I) and R.C. Sharma Teasurer visited office of the PGM ATD Ahmedabad and discussed some irritating issues.
