J.S.Deepak, Secretary DoT, has been made Officer on Special Duty in the commerce department. The government has also named him as India’s next Ambassador to the World Trade Organisation (WTO) from June this year. J.S.Deepak is at present attending the World Mobile Congress at Barcelona. Shri J.S.Deepak has been strongly supporting BSNL, and that Reliance Jio is “unhappy” with him.
