Meeting on 14-12-22 with Director ( E)/II/ DOT and his concerned ADG on
In partial modification of the ONM of MOH&FW, dated 9.11.2017, the entitlement of eards in private Hospitals empanelled under CGHS corresponding to basic drawn by the Central Govt Employees in 7th CPC stands revised wef 28.10.22. This OM issues with concurrence of DOE.
In this connection, we have had discussion with concerned Director( E)/ DOT a few days before who advised us to meet concerned ADG( PAT)/ DOT to further pursue the matter for issuing of orders for mapping Basic Pay from CDA to IDA for determining the CGHS ward entitlement for Retired BSNL/ MTNL who are in receipt of Pension from Central Civil Esttimate
Concerned ADG( PAT) / DOT informed us that they are finalizing this issue on priority and that necessary orders for this purpose would be issued shortly
We informed ADG that this Association is receiving calls from concerned ADs/ CGHS asking us to get the orders issued expeditiously from DOT for BSNL/MTNL Pensioners so that their Revision of wards in accordance to these orders is done quickly. ADG assured of very quick action on this.
