MEETING WITH OFFICERS OF GUJARAT CIRCLE – 08.11.2019

On 08.11.2019,  S/Shri A.N. Patel, D.D. Mistry and R.C. Sharma met Shri V. Ramesh CGM Gujarat, Shri Bhandari G (A) was also present.  They were discussing various steps to meet the challange after effecting VRS.  He was extended invitation to address our Get to Gather on 11.11.2019 for which said that he will try to attend or GM (A) will come.

On 08.11.2019,  S/Shri A.N. Patel, D.D. Mistry and R.C. Sharma met Shri lodha, PGM ATD Ahmedabad. He said that Verification of Service Books for those above 50 has been been completed and there will be no issue for clearing the cases for VRS which may be reaching upto 2000 for ATD Ahmedabad. They are working our the situation and preparing roadmap to meet with the situation after 31.01.2020.

On 08.11.2019, Shri D.D. Mistry, R.C. Sharma and N.A. Patel met Shri Kamal Kapoor, CCA Gujarat. He was also busy keeping eye over number of VRS optees and collecting data for would be pensioners who will be required to be issued PPO etc within time frame.  It appeared that it was herculian task to meet the challange of VRS withi present staff situation. The work of creating vandor is straneious and demand more time.  

It was transpired that the assurance give by the PGM ATD Ahmedabad and CGM Gujarat to the effect that work of verification of Service Book for all above 50 years employees have been duly completed was found incorrect that on personal verification by CCA Team to both the organization, majority of service books many lacuna were found. Even Strike Period Regularization was also pending. If this turns out correct for other SSAs, then work will be cumbersome and VRS Optees will suffer.
