Meeting with Shri Gunjan Mishra, CCA Gujarat Telecom Circle was held on 04.11.2022 in his chamber to discuss long pending Family Pension Case off Smt. Gauriben M. Garashiya, spouse of Shri M.M. Garasiya, Retd. Sr. TOA (G) O/O PGMTD Surat was discussed in length in presence of all concerned officers of the Office. It was brought to notice of the Jt. CCA that Bank of India is unnecessarily harassing the F.P. and copy of letter addressed to FP by Bank was handed over to them. It was brought to their notice that the Pensioner expired on 29.07.2020 and her spouse submitted death certificate of his husband and furnished FORM-14. She had also furnished Aadhar Card and Pan card as well but the bank was issuing for fresh orders from the CCA Gujarat.. They requested for copy of Death Certificate of the Pensioner and assured that on receipt of the same Bank of India will be issued authority to commence the F.P. from due date.
It was brought to notice of the Jt CCA that arrears of Family Pensioners of Mrs. V.M. Patel and P.M. Shah’s son is pending. It was replied that since it involves many past years, it will be done as early as possible.
