MTN-BSNL PENSIONERS’ PENSION REVISION – STATUS AS ON 26.10.2023.
On 25.10.2023, Sh. G. L. Jogi, G/S SNPWA and Sh. R. K. Mudgal, G/S MREWA discussed the following issues with the Director (Estt.), DOT.
A) Status of Pension Revision :
The Director (Estt.) informed that besides seeking opinion of Legal Advisor, DOT regarding the Judgment of PB CAT ND, DOP & PW is also analysing and evaluating the Judgment to suggest DOT on future course of action on the Pension Revision Issue.
B) Regarding 5% IDA Neutralization for MTNL Retirees :
The Director (Estt.) informed that the Establishment Unit is preparing a fresh foolproof note and will be finalized by next week, taking care of inadequacies contained in the earlier note. Thereafter, a self contained note shall be sent again to D.O.E. for it’s consideration.
