Court Case – Message from Adv. Gouri Puri regarding our Pension Revision case in High Court of Delhi today (11/12/2024) :-

“Sirs the regular bench is not sitting today – the matter will not be heard finally as the other judge HMJ Mendriatta is not sitting”

Next date of hearing is decided as 08/01/2025.

But this date was not convenient for our Advocate Ms. Gauri Puri ji, So, she requested the Hon’ble Delhi High Court to change the said date and on the request of our Advocate the Hon’ble Delhi High Court has rescheduled our case to 15th January-2025 instead of 8th January-2025.
