MTNL/BSNL PENSIONERS PENSION REVISION – STATUS AS ON 28.11.2023,
” LATEST UPDATE ON PENSION REVISION CASE ”
Today, G/S, MREWA Delhi had discussion with the concerned officers of DOT about Legal Advisor’s view point on implementation of PB CAT ND Judgement on Pension Revision Case. He informed that Law Ministry is in consultation with DOT, DOP & PW and D.O.E. to decide future course of action regarding implementation of PB CAT ND Judgement, pertaining to the Pension Revision Case.
Ministry of Law has not reached yet on any conclusive decision with regard to the advice sought by DOT from it, as how to go about future Course of action regarding implementation of PB CAT ND Judgment.
Status of 5 % IDA Neutralization Case : After finalizing the revised proposal by the Establishment Unit of DOT, the case has been sent to Internal Finance of DOT in the last week for further decision on the issue.
