It is learnt that in a AIBSNLEA Meeting with Shri Manoj Sinha Ji, Hon’ble Minister of State for Communications (I/C), Govt. Of India on 09.10.2018, MOC has assured that after arrival of the Secretary (T) from US Tour on 14.10.2018, he will hold a meeting with Secretary (T) and CMD, BSNL. Unions and association may also be invited for aforesaid meeting and try to resolve issues at earliest.

On 3rd P.R.C. Meeting : Meeting of the Joint Committee for wage revision of NE employees of BSNL met on 09.10.2018 under the Chairmanship of Shri H.C. Pant. Discussions were mainly on HRA. Official Side intimated that HRA will be freezed. This was strongly opposed by the Staff Side and demanded that HRA be paid on New Scales. Official Side informed that it will get back to the Management and further discussions will be on in the next meeting.

On 09.10.2018, in a meeting with Union, the CMD BSNL assured that ” All medical claims will be cleared within 4-5 days. Orders have been given to GM Banking.”
