ONE INCREMENT CASE HEARING
Today ( 25-01-2019) extra increment case came before single bench again. Government counsel wanted 4 weeks time to file reply. Our lawyer vehemently opposed that plea. But Government counsel pressed again.
So, the case is posted to 25/2/2019 before a division bench.
Next time it will come before division bench.

Court Case for Pension Arrears*
Our pension arrears 1st case OA 2260/2017 came up for hearing yesterday at 23-1-2019 in P.CAT ND along with a case filed by other Association OA 2853/18.
Our Advocate pleaded nicely & logically that in our case pleadings are completed and it is for final hearing but OA 2853/18 pleadings are not yet completed hence our case cannot be linked and may please be delinked from 2853/18. DOT Advocate replied that their counter reply is same as for 2260.
After hearing both parties Judge ordered that OA 2853 was ordered for hearing with OA 2260/17 by Double Bench court hence de linking is also to be done by DB court. Case is listed for hearing on 05/02/201
