Compliance report of Non working of Telephone line in Ranip Area from GST bridge to Andhjan kalyan kendra Ranip. Its Drinking water line work by AMC under process and BSNL staff and other agencies ( Gas line/132KVA powerline/AMC drangeline) continue patrolling in this route and save cable and coordinate with AMC staff. we will maximum try to resolve your phone complain soon, Sorry for inconvenience.
The officer said that he will recommend refund in rental of Broadband if the fault is not restored within seven days but was not able to say when it will be restored, fifteen days or month???
He said that WATER IS MORE IMPORTANT FOR HUMAN LIFE THEN USE OF BROAD BAND !!!
HE IS NOT AUTHORIZED TO LODGE A COMPLAINT FOR DAMAGE TO THE AUTHORITIES AS BSNL WILL NOT SUPPORT HIM AND HE ALONE ON HIS OWN CAN NOT AFFORD…
