The DOPPW, New Delhi issues notification No: 7/5/2012-P&PW(F)/B dated 26 August, 2016 saying Govt. Employees covered by NPS will be eligible for benefit of “Retirement gratuity and Death gratuity” on same terms and condition as applicable covered by Central Service (Pension) Rule, 1972.
