Now DOPPW issues order implementing orders of CAT Ernakulam, High Court of Kerala, Principal Bench of CAT, High Court of Delhi and Supreme Court. Department of Pension has issued orders on 06.04.2016, that all those central government employees retired before 2006 are also eligible to get pension which shall not be less than 50% of the minimum pay in the new Pay Band plus the Grade Pay of the grade .

The arrears will be calculated from 1-1-2006.
